In everyday language that means the SASDA team will manage the fund for Sedgefield district, with the goal of providing a range of free support to business. The support, and any access to discretionary funds, needs to have the sole purpose of combating worklessness in the area.
We can achieve that by helping businesses grow! By providing support and guidance a company could find itself in a position where it might be able to employ a new member of staff, and access to funds to help with wages, time or administration could make the decision that bit easier.
If a business is facing a challenging time, the SASDA team can also help. By applying the same level of support, businesses might be able to weather the storm and emerge on the other side stronger and better equipped to achieve their goals therefore safeguarding the region's employment.
The fund is geared up to help your business achieve. Be that through targeted business support, or access to discretionary funds the SASDA team are on hand to give business a boost.
