Paula Maddison-Green
My name is Paula Maddison-Green and
I am currently the Business Development Manager for SASDA. My role here
is to take forward our SFEDI Centre of Excellence status into the business
world and ensure that small to medium sized businesses know that we offer a
range of other tailor made business support services.
All businesses need to have
qualified and professionally recognised personnel. We offer a variety of
packages from training to assessment of Advisors and Enterprise Coaches.
We can Train the Trainer so that your business does not have to outsource for
trainers in the longer term. Separate to this we also can offer a range
of consultancy services to any kind of business. The types of support we
can provide can be Business Planning, Marketing, help in setting up systems and
procedures across many areas of business to simple bookkeeping services as well
as website creation.
My background is in
training/consultancy,business development and project management - from London
to County Durham! I have worked for the last 10 years in a variety of
businesses from local authorities to small businesses that are in the process of
expansion. Much of my work is innovative and I thrive on meeting the
challenges of today - especially in the current market and economy.
