Woodside Ridge Caravan Park
The Wren family want to open a Touring Caravan Park for approx. 30 caravans as a family enterprise. Suitable land had been found and initial discussions had taken place with the local council planning department.
To support the planning application they needed a robust, detailed business plan to demonstrate long term viability for the project. They were able to access a grant from Business Link North East which enabled SASDA Limited to assist the Wrens with the writing of the business plan. The plan has provided both a financial plan and work schedule to enable the Wrens to develop the caravan park, and has also materially assisted in the gaining of the required planning consent.
In addition SASDA Limited were able to provide relevant and practical business training for members of the Wren family. The Caravan Park development is currently underway and SASDA Limited will provide further support as and when required.
