 Late Tuesday afternoon an email mailshot was sent out by us and unfortunately major problems developed. We later found out that it was not our system but a company's server that had received the email that was causing numerous amounts of the same email being sent. The email kept bouncing off their server and resending. We spoke to the IT team of the company who have now resolved the issue. Our apologies, and fingers crossed noone is receiving any more emails! |
