GRADUATES FOR SMALL BUSINESS IS A SERVICE DESIGNED TO HELP SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED BUSINESSES ACROSS THE NORTH EAST TAP INTO THE SKILLS, ENTHUSIASM AND AMBITION OF RECENT GRADUATES.
Graduates for business (GFB)aims to link graduates and small businesses for their mutual benefit and encourage graduate retention within the region. GFB is funded by One North East.

Your company may qualify for a subsidy of £70 per week for 15 weeks.
Our team will work with you to find the right candidate.

Is my business eligible ?
An SME with less than 250 employees and not owned by a company with more than 250 employees.
Based in the North East.
Able to offer a graduate level role.
Offer a minimus salary of £14K
What happens next ?
A placement offer will visit you.
Job will be advertised on our website and job description sent to suitable candidates.
