Anthea Taylor

Anthea started at SASDA in May 1989 as Business Administrator to cover for an employees taking sick leave, fortunately for her the employee did not return to work and eighteen years later she is still enjoying the role. Another Two years with SASDA and she might receive a gold watch!!

During this eighteen year period she has performed the duty of company secretary for SASDA and has responsibility for all the company accounts. She also manages any grants or financial aid, along with organising event and venues for seminars and the Sedgefield Business Forum.

“I have enjoyed my years at SASDA, the work and the people we meet are always very interesting, It’s great to meet our clients face to face at events, as most of my contact is usually over the telephone. Our motto has always been ‘Sasda has the answer’ and if we don’t know it we will find someone who does.”

Home life, hobbies and interests.

I have one daughter with a teenage grandson that I love to bits. He certainly keeps me on my toes.

I enjoy walking, socialising, embroidery, knitting and sewing. My ambition, when I retire is to knit a Shetland lace shawl, that when completed, will pass though a wedding ring.
