Andrew Maxwell
Andrew Maxwell has had a long and successful career with a major high street bank working with small and medium sized enterprises and specialising in working with the agricultural industry. Since leaving the bank Andrew has worked for enterprise agencies supporting start up businesses, the community and voluntary sector and social enterprises. He specialises in writing business plans and delivering training workshops for budding entrepreneurs.

Home life, hobbies and interests
Personal interests are many and include golf, where my enthusiasm continues to outweighs my skill, wood turning and gardening. Gardening also extends to 11 acres of growing woodland which was planted by my wife Pat and myself. This is our contribution to the carbon footprint despite the efforts of rabbits and deer to consume the young trees. When we have a wet summer I console myself with the thought that it is good tree growing weather
